Remove ads and restoring your purchase

Remove ads is a one-time purchase. To buy it, tap the pause mark at the top right, then remove ads. To bring it back on a new phone or after reinstalling, tap the pause mark, then restore purchase. It works with the Apple Account that bought it. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ads and tracking

The first time you open the game on iPhone, it asks whether Paintopia may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. The game plays the same either way. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where Google's consent rules apply, the pause card also has privacy choices.

Reporting an ad

Saw an ad that shouldn't be in a game for all ages? Email us what it showed and about when you saw it, with a screenshot if you can, and we'll have it blocked.

Your data

Your progress is saved only on your phone, and deleting the app deletes it. We have no accounts and no servers holding your game. Read the privacy policy for the details, or email us to ask about anything you've sent us.
