My Vials privacy policy
Effective 22 October 2026
My Vials has no account, ads, tracking or analytics SDK. It works offline and does not send anything you enter to Pensive Frog Games or anyone else.
What stays on your device
The vials, doses, schedules, injection sites and settings you enter are saved on your device. My Vials also keeps up to 7 daily backup copies in its own storage on the same device. There is no server. Device backups, such as iCloud Backup or Google backup, may include app data according to your device settings. Deleting the app removes its local data.
What leaves your device
Nothing, unless you choose to export your log. An export goes only where you send it from the share sheet. Dose reminders are scheduled on your device; no push server is used.
Purchases
My Vials is free for your first 10 vials, and one in-app purchase unlocks more. The App Store or Google Play handles that purchase and your payment details. The app only learns, on your device, whether the purchase was made. Apple and Google handle purchases under their own privacy policies.
Health information
What you enter about your medications and doses is health information, so it never leaves your device unless you export it. My Vials is for personal tracking only. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not give medical advice or suggest doses.
Apple may provide TestFlight feedback and diagnostic information under its own privacy terms and your choices.
If you email support, Pensive Frog Games receives the information you choose to send and keeps it only as needed to answer you. Contact support@pensivefrog.games to request deletion of support correspondence.
The online policy describes the current release. Any change to what the app collects will require an updated policy before it is introduced.
